Includes: Marriage License Fee ($26.00), Use of Chapel, Ceremony, and One 4x6 Picture. To qualify for this package, the state of Georgia requires that the couple must have 6 hours of a qualified premarital education class conducted by a certified person in the state of Georgia prior to making an application for a marriage license or such education performed by an active member of the clergy who may be from any state. There is a form that must be filled out, notarized, and presented when making an application for a marriage license.
