Your Marriage License.

For your convenience we have listed the requirements for obtaining a marriage license in the State of Georgia..

• Applicants must apply in person and have a valid ID (driver's license, military ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport). Also, applicants must present a social security card.
• Applicates must be at least 18 years old to apply for marriage at the Original Kingsland Wedding Chapel
• Proof of divorce is needed if previously married.
• A death certificate is required if previous Spouse died.
• The Georgia Marriage License presently costs $76.00 in Camden County.
• Blood tests are not required.
• A Georgia Marriage License is required prior to the wedding.
• Marriage ceremonies can only be performed on or after the effective date on the Marriage License.
